This is my first image posted from shooting in RAW. I have to say that it’s extremely cool as far as the controls you have over exposure and white balance and a ton of other options. I’ve just been using the CS2 raw plugin and I’m really liking it. On another note I got a new lens and should post something from it in the next couple of days. It’s a Nikon 50mm 1.8 and I haven’t really had time to play just yet.
Old factory

Interesting image. Is it from a cement factory?
I really like these places that are built right along rail road tracks. I see an open door. Did you go in?
It looks like such a fascinating place, where you could get lots of pictures.
so expressive shot!!!
That’s a lot of dust! Any trouble keeping the lens clean?
Neat urbane shot! Like the strange white flour stuff… was this a flour mill?
welcome to the world of RAW! i love it! looking forward to seeing some of your 50mm shots… i have been considering getting one too, so will be interested to see how you get on :)
Nice shot… the super-whitewashed walls are like in a flour factory or something. that Nikon lens is a classic. Probably one of my most often-used lenses.
Wow, the center of that photo looks weird, almost like it’s a photo negative or something. Have fun with the 50mm! works well for macros if you get a set of extension tubes too!
Wow. It’s a unique shot.
…and welcome to RAW.
I love factory pictures like this. Incredible Machines, great lighting.
