Felt like breaking out of the nature shots. This is an old abandoned building downtown. I’d like to venture in for some shooting, but it’s all locked up and the police probably won’t take kindly to my entering uninvited. I stood there thinking about what sounds and sights might have been around this place in the past. What kind of business ran in and out of this? What sort of people were employed there?

nice perspective, the shot in BW really adds up to the nature of the image…
sweet shot ! love the B&W,nice job
What a great shot. I love this kind of place, and I get frustrated at not being able to go inside them. Great effect here. This is wonderful.
Sick Shoot… love the oldness of the building…really brings character to the photo.
urban and gritty!
cool shot. love the high contrast. it looks like an old loading dock.
Old buildings are fascinating… and very photogenic.
i really like the angel however the 2nd and the 3d floor of the building toward the end has, over-processed look into it!
Ooooh, the B/W really adds to the grittiness of this image. Nice work.
I agreed with armeen concerning the over-processed look of the 2nd and 3rd floor and re-worked it a bit. I am much more happy with it now. Thanks for the comments!
Nice, I love the dilapidated, run down look. I like how you managed to capture some of the worn down texture of the walls.
Great lines and contrast. Maybe a little busy, but stil very good!
Very nice contrast….
oooh – nice one. i love these old buildings – shame you couldn;t get inside.
You nailed the extreme contrast on this shot..I think it makes it look even starker. Great shot.
Perfect b&w. The contrast and gritty detail really bring out the personality of the building.
a great retro building shot. very well taken.
i really like this hot…texture and perspective..seem to go wt thw light and shadow…beautiful bw:-)
Great b&w shot with nice textures. I like such old and abandoned buildings, they are always a good photo subject.
This is a nice shot – and good decision on desaturating. I like the angle as well – good work!
